Shipping and Returns 

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@heatrejuvenate.com.  Large items, such as saunas and steam showers ship via freight and require a signature upon delivery.  You will receive a call from the delivery company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@heatrejuvenate.com  and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

Our return policy is determined on a supplier/brand level.  Meaning each supplier we carry may have a different return policy.

We accept returns on most items within 25 days of purchase.  You are responsible for the return shipment of the product.  

Medical Breakthough Massage Chairs and Medical Saunas-

7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD

Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging.   The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging.  You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.

After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.


Accessories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sales, bank wires, check payments and down payments orders at discounted prices are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.


3 MONTH CUSTOMIZATION PERIOD

No matter which massage chair you buy, there is no massage chair that will fit every single person perfectly. Our chair will fit 95% of the people out there, but some people have different parts of their body that are sensitive either due to surgery or different medical conditions. Because of this, depending on which chair you buy, we can customize the chair to fit your body. Custom-Made Chairs™  are only available on some models, so please call us at (818)722-6982 to see if your chair can be customized to help you with any surgery or medical conditions you may have.

 Exclusions from the Return & Refund Policy  

 
Aroma Oils & Menthol Crystals: To ensure the quality and safety of these items, aroma oils and menthol crystals are NOT returnable under any circumstances.  
 
Sauna Rooms & Wood: Pre-cut, Pre-fabricated, Modular, Two-piece, Infrared, Pre-built, Custom Cut and Designer Sauna Rooms along with any type of wood are cut to order and consequently are NOT returnable items.  
 
Steam Diffusers: Steam Diffusers may not fit your steam head, are aesthetically unattractive, will noticeably wear, crack and fade with normal use and are a consumable component. Due to the specific use and nature of steam diffusers they are NOT returnable items.  
 
Steam and Sauna Doors: Steam shower doors and sauna doors are custom made items constructed for specific and individual applications. Due to their uniqueness, steam and sauna doors are not returnable items.  
 
Sauna Heaters: Sauna heaters on this site are not returnable items.  
 
Commercial Sauna Heaters & Steam Boilers: Commercial equipment and accessories on this site are not returnable. Commercial products are not stock items, rather they are made for your project’s own uniqueness.  
 
Parts: To ensure the quality, safety and performance of all parts, we cannot accept returns on parts.  
 
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what is returned (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.) In some cases, missing accessories or components may render the product useless and consequently, may not be returnable.  
 
Promotional packages: Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.  
 
Shipping errors: For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.  
 
Dundalk Leisurecraft/Canadian Timber Orders do not qualify for return/refund in most cases.
 
 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some items may be subject to a 15-40% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and there may be a charge for the original shipping cost. Any damages to products may void the return.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

All tubs and steam showers must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the tub and/or steam shower accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. These units are not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Beyonder LLC from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products. Beyonder LLC is not responsible for any liability or losses accruing from plumbing or electrical installation.

It is the customers’ responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require. 

If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You will be able to return the unit for the purchase price of the unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit or bathtub was opened or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations:

Any order that gets canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well. 

Free Shipping:

What exclusions apply?

All items identified as eligible for Free Shipping will qualify for the Free Shipping program, subject to certain exceptions. There are a number of reasons why your order might not be eligible for Free Shipping.

Free Shipping applies to orders made at www.heatrejuvenate.com and shipped within the contiguous United Stated only. Orders shipped to APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Protectorates are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Heatrejuvenate.com reserves the right to cancel orders where the cost of free shipping is disproportionate to the confidential and allowable shipping expense to product cost ratio. This scenario can present itself for certain items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and various U.S. regions.
