Shipping and Returns
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com. Large items, such as saunas and massage chairs ship via freight and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery company to arrange a time and day for delivery that works for you.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Our return policy is determined on a supplier/brand level. Meaning each supplier we carry may have a different return policy.
You are responsible for the return shipment of the product.
Medical Breakthrough Massage Chairs
7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD
Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.
After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
Accessories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sales, bank wires, check payments and down payments orders at discounted prices are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.
3 MONTH CUSTOMIZATION PERIOD
No matter which massage chair you buy, there is no massage chair that will fit every single person perfectly. Our chair will fit 95% of the people out there, but some people have different parts of their body that are sensitive either due to surgery or different medical conditions. Because of this, depending on which chair you buy, we can customize the chair to fit your body. Custom-Made Chairs™ are only available on some models, so please call us at (818)722-6982 to see if your chair can be customized to help you with any surgery or medical conditions you may have.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3.89% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, then your sauna has already been shipped and you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna.
There are no refunds for custom saunas because everything has to be special order. Custom saunas cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period because we already ordered testing dates and supplies to make your custom sauna so it gets delivered in a timely mannor and heats up properly.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your Sauna for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the sauna within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging.Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, we cannot resell it; for this reason, only unoped packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping, as well as a 25% restocking fee. If you cancel after the product has been shipped and in transit you will be charged the actual cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna. If you cancel before the product is shipped you will be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee.
After we receive the sauna for inspection, we will issue a refund of the sauna. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
The seven day return does not apply to custom saunas. Custom saunas are non-refundable. However, if there any any aspect of the sauna that came damaged or broken, we will rebuild the parts and ship it to you at our cost. We guarantee our work or we will make it again to your satisfaction.
What exclusions apply?
All items identified as eligible for Free Shipping will qualify for the Free Shipping program, subject to certain exceptions. There are a number of reasons why your order might not be eligible for Free Shipping.
Free Shipping applies to orders made at www.heatrejuvenate.com and shipped within the contiguous United Stated only. Orders shipped to APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Protectorates are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Heatrejuvenate.com reserves the right to cancel orders where the cost of free shipping is disproportionate to the confidential and allowable shipping expense to product cost ratio. This scenario can present itself for certain items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and various U.S. regions.
